Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
Our rates reflect hotel-level preparation — professional cleaning between every stay, fresh linens, fully stocked kitchen, and smooth self-check-in. No hidden shortcuts. The price reflects exactly what you get: a properly prepared, professionally managed Chicago stay.

We're Sean and Raquel — the owners of The Claddagh Stays, a boutique short-term rental brand rooted in Chicago. We personally oversee every property and care about every guest's experience as if you were a personal friend staying in our own home.
